I have heard a lot about the benefits of red light therapy through media and friends, so I wanted to give this a try. At the time a got this it was listed £149.00 which seems a lot for a home beauty treatment, however you can use it over and over again and will safe you on expensive trips having it done by a professional, so in the long run it is worth the money. The face mask comes in a presentation box so will make a nice gift for someone who likes beauty treatments. I found the instructions lacking so I got all the details on how to use it from the amazon listing. I have made a note of these and put into the box with the mask should I forget and this becomes discontinued. Its just a shame that they were not included with the mask. I found it easy to set up and use after reading how to use on the listing. Its not the most ergonomic thing to wear on your face, it takes a while to get used to it but as you do adjust to it, it doesn't seem that bad. I would change the over all design to make it look more aesthetically pleasing though. The mask gives out red and blue light which is supposed to help reduce wrinkles, improve elasticity, promote collagen production and reduce blemishes like acne and brown spots. I think it will take a while to see any beneficial results so the jury is out on how effective it is. I am happy to carrying on using it for now.

I was very curious to try this, as I've heard so much about the benefits of red light therapy. With this device, you can treat yourself from the comfort of your home, without having to book and pay for expensive sessions. What's more, this device combines, red light, blue light, and both red and blue light therapy together. At first sight, the product looks quite professional. It comes very well packed, presented in a nice box, so it would make a great gifting idea. The accompanying leaflet has some valuable information, like precautions and warnings. For example, it's not recommended to use if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medications that may cause photosensitivity like certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. However, it lacks important information, like how long the recommended treatment session is. I only found this in a reply to a question, on the site description page: “We're proud to say that 10 minutes is ideal for each session with the Adara PRO Mask. Its powerful 75mw/cm² intensity delivers 45 joules in just 10 minutes, providing an effective dose for results with 3–4 treatments per week.” It also lacks an indications list, even though it says, “do not use to treat any condition other than those listed in the indications for use.” From what I gathered, the red and blue light from this device will reduce wrinkles, improve elasticity, promote collagen production and reduce blemishes like acne and brown spots. In use, it was relatively easy to set up. You need to charge the power controller and then attach it to the cable that sticks from the mask. Attach the Velcro straps and eye protectors to the mask, and then fit the mask around your face. You need to make sure that your skin is clean from creams and make-up for a better result. I had no adverse effects from using it, but it's too early to see visible results yet. I suggest you choose a time of day when you're alone, or show your family the mask first, and don't answer the door while you have the mask on to avoid giving people a good scare! On the other hand, this could be a good option for Halloween if everything else fails! Overall, I'd recommend trying this product to those that care about their skin health and face appearance enough to invest the money and time.

This is a really weird looking mask. I’ve never used anything like this before so I was a bit tentative about it now I’m a lady of a certain age but would love to look years younger. Now I have the opportunity for skincare at home because I certainly wouldn’t be able to afford this kind of treatment in a salon regularly it felt really weird when I first use this but getting used to it. Only time will tell how well this mask works. The description says FDA certified so is safe and defective for all skin types charge by a USB comes nicely packaged would make a nice gift at Christmas.

It's very relaxing to use, it's amazing quality and definitely one for your skin care routine, it's so easy to use and comes with easy to read instructions, so far it's been quite effective, it doesn't look great kind of makes you look like a word villain when it's on but that's some of the charm! Definitely worth it.
