LED light therapy is the process of exposing the skin to different wavelengths of light (including red and blue light), which “stimulates collagen production and purifies the skin.” The light emitted by an LED mask is absorbed by the skin, and as the wavelength of light increases, the depth of penetration increases. I have been interested to use one for a while, having had good results from a smaller LED device which you glide over your skin. The mask seems well made, if not as pliable as I expected. The instructions are very detailed..although there is more space given to the ' don'ts' than the 'do's'. I guess this is a great safety precaution, but basics like how the controller plugs to the cable weren't made immediately obvious to a technophobe like myself- to be fair, it isn't rocket science. You charge the controller with the USB lead provided, and then plug the controller into the lead that hangs from the mask. Also, there isn't any instructions as to what each mode does. Luckily this is explained on the Amazon page. The controller is very easy to use, and the entire process is really simple. I am very happy to keep using this product, and cannot wait to see any results- it's too early to say yet, but I do know light therapy works.

Slight visible result after 4 weeks. It is smoother and lines are less visible. Also giving slight radiant and pale look to the skin. Perhaps this helps with the skin care absorption. Good flexible mask that goes close to the face and emitting light with no heat. Works its wonder of a 15m cycle. Light and portable. Reasonable battery life which you can perform your 15m routine anywhere or time. One to add to the skincare drawer.
